To summarize the responses: C-Tree is a B+ Tree file handling package. It has two levels of interfaces, the low-level B+ Tree stuff and the high level ISAM method (Indexed Sequential Access Method). Everyone that has used it loves it (it's fast, highly portable, and comes with source code for $395). Also available is an SQL interface, a report generator, and a programmers tool kit.
