[net.news.newsite] Correction to site info for ncr-sd

Our appologies to Joel West, who claimed that our lat/long was clearly
wrong; even on the Auto Club map, not noted for its accuracy, the location
was off by many miles.  Well, it forced me to check on the USGS maps, and
sure enough, we have been lying to the FCC about the location of our paging
antenna for about five years now -- apparently it was moved from its former
site (yes, Joel, on Burnt Mountain) to a new one next to our plant site and
the FCC application was never updated.......
