[comp.unix.wizards] tape format

My SUN SPARCstation uses a cartridge tape that records in QIC-150
format. I need to document exactly what this is, but I haven't found
any documentation that describes QIC-150. I notice many UNIX boxes
write either QIC-60 or QIC-150 tapes, so does anybody document
what this is?
