[comp.unix.wizards] how to know a socket is blocking/no-blocking without using fcntl

        Hi, all the wizards out there! How I can get the blocking/no-blocking
status from a socket without calling fcntl()? Can ioctl() do the job?
        Any helps is very much appreciated...
