opus is now on the Usenet. We are a Vax 8600 running Sys V. Rel. 2. Our primary purpose in life here is to perform general purpose computing for a lab of 26+ vaxen and 3B20, aka text processing. We currently support a user community of over 300 news-hungry users. We currently send mail between all ATT BL sites that are registed with ihnp4's Action Central. We currently receive news from houxm in Holmdel and are looking for other sites to exchange news with. If you are within Bell Labs and are hooked up to DataKit or rje, we will be glad to transfer news with you. I will call most anywhere in the US for news via 1200 baud telephone lines as well, so, if anyone wants to exchange info, please give me a call.... -- James R. How do you propose to deal with the conflict in names with the existing site named opus, which has been on the net for quite some time ? Seems to me that you would cause a lot less confusion if you'd pick a different name. Name: opus Organization: NBI, Inc. Contact: Doug McCallum Phone: (303) 444-5710 Postal-Address: P.O.
