[comp.unix.wizards] Looking for a FORTRAN filter for HP Laserjet

HATHAWA@gecrdvm1.crd.ge.com (Barry Hathaway) (07/10/90)

Recently I retrieved some filters over the network (if and of) to get a
HP Laserjet to work from an Ultrix system. Now I am trying to get FORTRAN
type output (with carriage control characters) to print correctly.
Does anyone have a rf filter to do this?

Try the asa(1) command. It translates FORTRAN carriage control characters
to appropriate backspace, newline, formfeed, etc. characters.
