As of today (19 July), Holt, Rinehart and Winston / Saunders still doesn't admit the existence of the $45 price for the pair of 10th Edition manuals. I spoke to a "Customer Relations" rep whose number was printed on the invoice I got...he admitted having three other customers tell him the same thing, but he said he had no info about it himself. I just spoke to Joe Morse at Holt, Rinehart and Winston. He said that if anyone ordered the 10th edition manuals and received an invoice for additional payment they should mail the invoice to him at Joe Morse Holt, Rinehart and Winston 301 Commerce Street Fort Worth, Texas 76102 and he will take care of it. the phantom spitter
