[comp.unix.wizards] Need help to access SUN's Ethernet Controller

I need to get into the lowest level of SUN's Ethernet Controller
and device driver and compute the transmit and receive queues
there. Is there a C-Library interface available ? Can anyone
provide any clue to begin with ?
