Hello there. We are mi-cec (Mellon Institute, Computer Engineering Center). We do not currently have any dial-out facility, but we do dial in at 300(yuk) soon to be 1200(yay) baud. The Fairchild Laboratory for Artificial Intelligence Research is about
2-1/2 years old. A department of Fairchild Camera and Instrument
Corporation in the Advanced Research and Development Division, our
charter is to do basic and applied research in AI. With about 25
full-time researchers, we have ongoing work in: Speech, Vision, Expert-
