I guess these are really common requests, but I am looking for 1. A database program of modest scope for 4.[23]BSD. We have Ingres, but I don't even want to think about getting involved with that. I have a mailing list with some associated data that I would like to be able to conveniently modify. It would be nice to be able to sort records on key combinations and to output in various formats. I have something of this capability with custom awk scripts, but a little more generality would be helpful. 2. A decent ``paint'' program for the sun (I'm running 3.0 on both b&w and color suns w/o graphics processors) and/or the AT&T DMD 5620 (running off of either SysV or BSD host (I already have twid)). In case the subject line confused you, I'm not looking for one program that fits both points (although that might be interesting). Thanks. Michael
