[comp.sources.wanted] Wanted: source to do csh-style {}-collapsing of arguments

Surely by now someone has come up with a program (call it "collapse") where
if you
	collapse abcdef abcghi abcjkl
you get
	abc{def,ghi,jkl}
as output.  If you're the person with the program, and are willing to share it,
let me know.
