[comp.sources.wanted] termcap-driven utilities wanted

I seem to recall a while back some utilities for driving the screen with
termcap entries were posted (things like clear line, clear to end of
screen, etc).  I want something a bit smarter and zippier than curses.
Pointers, sources, etc would be much appreciated!
