                 Grapenut  Custard  Pudding

	6 eggs
	1/2 cup sugar
	2 tsp. vanilla extract
	4 cups milk
	1/2 cup grape nuts cereal

Use the same bowl for mixing and baking.   A  2  quart  glass  or
ceramic  baking dish works well.  Beat the eggs well, then mix in
sugar.  Add vanilla and milk.   Stir  in  cereal.   Bake  at  375
degrees  for 15 minutes, stir mixture, and continue baking at 350
degrees for 25 minutes.  A knife inserted in center  should  come
out  clean.   Tastes  great when spooned into small bowls, topped
with whipped cream and sprinkled with cinnamon.
