I am looking for a small mailer for local mail only. This will serve as the mailer for a BBS that runs on my Unix V system, with a separate mail directory from /usr/mail. It doesn't have to know anything about networks, etc. I have ELM up and running (it's great), but it is too big for my purposes, and I would have to either create a separate version or add some options to change the mail directory, etc. It would be super to get something that would run as a function within the BBS shell I wrote, but a separate program will do fine as long as it is reasonably compact. All I need are the headers, the ability to go through letter by letter, and to reply. Bells and whistles not necessary! -- Bill Silvert, Modelling/Statistics Group Bedford Institute of Oceanography, Dartmouth, NS, Canada CDN or BITNET: silvert@cs.dal.cdn -- UUCP: ..!{seismo|utai}!dalcs!silvert ARPA: silvert%dalcs.uucp@seismo.CSS.GOV -- CSNET: silvert%cs.dal.cdn@ubc.csnet
