We are looking for an FFT program that will take digitized time domain data, transform it to frequency domain, apply filtering windows, then transform data back to time domain. The need for this arises from our interferometric fringes, containing high and low frequency distortions, which we would like to selectively filter in the frequency domain for analysis in the time domain. It would be useful to have the ability to use any small portion of the data, not be limited to using only complete fringes or entire periods.
