Is there anyone who has, and is willing to share, source for the rcsfreeze program mentioned in Tichy's "RCS -- a system for version control", Software Practice and Experience, 15(7), July 1985? The paper discusses a version of RCS newer than that in the 4.3 distribution or ftpable from Purdue, with extra features and commands. This one might be no more than a shell script.
