[net.cooks] sharp knives

  I have been using a 'crock stick' type of sharpener--two
ceramic rods inserted in a board--to sharpen my knives.  I've
been relatively happy with this, except it takes forever to
sharpen a knife--and even longer if the blades is dull to
start with.
  Therefore, when I saw the discussion on various sharpener
systems, I picked out one and sent off a lettter:  To:
Razor Edge Systems    Box 604   Ely,MN  55731
and got it back as undeliverable.  Does anyone know if they
still exist and if so what their correct address is?
