Does anyone know of a program suitable for previewing a troff file containing PICs and Tables on the graphics screen of a SUN workstation. In my group much of our work involves the preparation of documents which contain embedded pictures of some complexity, the laserwriter and graphics printer costs of previewing such documents are considerable. If you know of such a program please mail me details of the program, availability and cost.

ELAN Computer Group offers a screen previewer for the SUN under suntools which displays ditroff including support for all of DWB 2.0 (including pic, grap, tbl and eqn) as well as the bitmap graphics enhancement to ELAN's EROFF package. The previewer will also be available for use under X-Windows in the future. Call or write for more details. Elan has a troff previewer which will display PIC, TBL, GRAP, and included GRAPHICS on the SUN workstation and Counterpoint Workstation. For more info...
