There is a troff previewer called "tsee" that is on the US SUN User Group donated software tape. It was written on release 1.1 and doesnt work if recompiled to run on 2.0 or 3.0, I can't redistribute so you will have to contact the US UG (Dave Hartwell hartwell@lll-crg is the contact at Livermore Labs in the US). tsee uses squashed fonts that are readable, the results are not quite the same as a laserwriter but they are very useful. I think it was set up to work with a versatec. Release 4.0 of SUN Unix should be out this autumn with NeWS support, this includes the ability to preview postscript, no-one is likely to write a previewer for 3.2 with NeWS imminent so unless there is a postscript previewer already out there you will probably have to wait for 4.0... -- ---- Adrian Cockcroft anc@uk.co.camcon (0223) 358855 ---- Cambridge Consultants Ltd, Science Park, Cambridge CB4 4DW, England
