Would someone please post to the net a recipe for Eggplant Parmesean? I had this delectable side dish a few months ago at a potluck and didn`t get the recipe. I could guess at how it was made and fumble around a bit, but with the vast resources of the net, perhaps much work and guesswork could be avoided. Thanking someone/everyone in advance...
