I am looking for two different things at this time (I am SURE there will be more later :-) ). First, I am looking for some changes to make 4.2 BSD - actually Ultrix 1.2 or 2.0 (??) a little more mail-friendly: a fix for the 'You have mail' problem for instance. Currently I am told I have mail even if it is all read. I would rather be told when unread mail appears. Another is that I would like mail to take me into the EDITOR named program if present. The real biggie that I am looking for is Ultrix-compatible BBS software in public domain or at least freeware (non-cost) availability. I have a version of unaxcess; I am looking for other alternatives. Please let me know what is out there and then perhaps we can work out some means of getting me the code. Thanks! -- Larry W.
