Does anyone out there happen to have a C program that will do the following with a Tektronix 4107 terminal (or similar). 1. Set the terminals 16 colors to evenly spaced shades of grey 2. Read a file of pixel grey levels 3. Display the pixels on the 4107 screen as a raster scan B&W picture The application is to display output from several ray-tracing graphics programs on the 4107 screen as a black&white 16 grey level picture. Don't worry about the input file format...I am mainly interested in the codes necessary to setup the 4107 and get the data up on the screen. I can handle altering the program to allow for the input file formats I use. This probably isn't too complicated to do, but the manuals I have for the 4107 don't give too much detail and I hate to spend a lot of time reinventing the wheel if somebody has already done it.
