After applying all 40 patches to rn we tried applying the latest set of
rrn patches from gatech. Lo and behold, two routines turn up as
unsatisfied externals. Their names are, getservbyfile and
handle_server_response. Are we missing a new source file? Are these
supposed to be part of the NNTP sources? If they are, where can I get
a copy of NNTP from that includes them?
