                   Quick Stir Bean Sprouts with Onions

       Ingredients

       1-2 lb      bean sprouts
       1-2         onions sliced into rings
       2-3 cloves  chopped garlic
       1           thumb sized piece fresh ginger sliced thinly
       2-3 Tbl     cooking oil
       2-3 Tbl     soy sauce

       Method

       Heat the oil in a large wok (or use a large heavy skillet or
       electric fry pan).  Stir in the onion rings and cook until
       they are slightly wilted.  Add the washed and drained bean
       sprouts, garlic, and ginger root.  Sprinkle the soy sauce
       over the top of everything.  Cook, stirring quickly and
       often, for a minute or two until the bean sprouts and onions
       are well mixed, the soy sauce has boiled a little, and all
       the vegetables are hot.  Serve immediately.
