Apples with Snow Peas and Ginger
Ingredients
1 Tbl cooking oil
1 Tbl finely minced fresh ginger
3 cups peeled, cored, and evenly sliced apples
1/4 lb fresh snow peas
1 Tbl Oriental sesame oil
Method
Heat a wok or skillet and add the cooking oil. Add the
ginger root, stir-fry for a moment until the ginger becomes
fragrant. Add the apples and snow peas and stir-fry until
the peas are bright green and the apples tender/crisp. Stir
in sesame oil, remove from heat, cover wok for about 30
seconds to allow flavors to blend, and serve.
