[comp.sources.wanted] FORTRAN tools, macro processor, pret

I'm searching for literary references to FORTRAN scanners (lexical
analysis) or source code thereof.
A scanner written with Lex would be best, but I'd also be grateful
for a scanner implemented in a high level language. (I'd prefer the
C programming language.)
A scanner for DAP FORTRAN would be first choice. However scanners 
for FORTRAN IV, FORTRAN 77 or similar dialects will  also do.
