[comp.sources.wanted] pdp-11 simulator and cross-assembler wanted

We are looking for public domain sources for pdp-11 cross-assember and
machine code simulator on Sun's machines (preferrable on Sun3's). Is there
anyone out there has such experience or some references to where to get it
(we are willing to pay for it)?
