Looking for "send.exe" and "receive.exe" source, or c executables to allow IND$FILE access from 3270 SNA emulation under UNIX. IND$FILE is a mainframe application which interfaces with send and receive commands on a remote computer. "send.exe" and "receieve.exe" were originally created to run under DOS on a PC. I am trying to create these under UNIX. Please send any info on companies providing this capability, or source code that can be converted to C, or previously compiled (68020) executables.

Most companies which provide this capability either got the protocol specifications from IBM (under contract) or reverse engineered from the IBM product offerings (which is what we did). It is highly unlikely that you could get source from any company unless you are willing to pay for it. 2) My company, Rabbit Software Corporation, provides 3270 SNA emulation products under various UNIX dialects with the IND$FILE capability.
