In Ann Arbor there's a company that makes a dessert called "Just Bananas". It tastes sort of like banana icecream and *all* it has in it is bananas. I think, from caloric calculations, there is about 4 bananas in about a pint of the stuff. Sometimes they mix in carob chips or peanuts or both to it. Anybody know how they might make it or heard of anything similar? I tried just freezing some mashed bananas, but that didn't work too well.
