[comp.sources.wanted] is BRU available to anyone or is it restricted?

Can anyone tell me where I can get hold of BRU, a  backup  &  re-
store  utility,  if  it is publicly available. I tried getting in
contact with the author, Fred Fish, but without success.  We  run
Ultrix 1.2 on a Vax 750 so we'd like the BSD version if possible.
