Strawberry Cream Cheese Heart
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
2 Tbl honey
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 qt washed and cleaned strawberries
sugar
Method
Beat cream cheese and cottage cheese with honey until
smooth. Gradually add the cream, beating until thick.
Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water and dissolve over low heat.
Add to cheese mixture blending well. Pour into a lightly
oiled mold (heart-shaped?). Chill until firm.
Unmold onto serving dish and cover decoratively with whole
berries. Serve with sugar to sprinkle over berries.
