[comp.sources.wanted] Wanted: Core War with split instr. & visual mem. display

knutsen@aramis.rutgers.edu (Mark Knutsen) (10/29/87)

A while back, I posted a request for sources to the game Core War. I
have recieved three versions thus far. Two of them can provide a
visual display of memory while programs are battling, but do not
implement the new "split" instruction (described in the Jan. '87
Scientific American). The other one implements "split," (also called
"fork") but does not provide a memory display. I'd like to get a
version which does both. If you have such sources (C or whatever),
please mail them to the address below, and thanks!

I still have a list of those people who requested a copy from me.
Hang in there, folks, I'm waiting to get the best version I can!
