What to do with a Mango? Get it all over your face while enjoying it! A Bengali friend of mine said that back home home in Bangeladesh the locals cut a part of the skin off, and grip the fruit by the remaining skin. They eat the fruit off the pit and the remaining peel peeling with their fingers as they go along. When sharing the fruit I usually keep the piece that's still got the pit on it. If you are going to eat a mango with your hands its alot easier if you leave some of the peel on. Scott Baden
