[comp.sources.wanted] is there a PD TeX?

tynor@pyr.gatech.EDU (Steve Tynor) (10/31/87)

I've been told that TeX is in the public domain. Yes? If so, where might I
find it? I'm interested in using TeX on both MSDOS machines and VAX/VMS.
Output device will be Postscript.
