FATHER MIKES MARINATED DUCK 2 large ducks 1 bottle Harveys Bristol Cream 1 bottle Almaden Chablis 1 bottle Kahlua coffee liqueur 1 bottle Seagrams V.O. Marinate ducks in Harvey's Bristol Cream for 24 hours. Roast at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. Add in bottle of Almaden Chablis. Simmer slowly. Add in bottle of Kahlua and bottle of V.O. Throw duck away, the gravy is fantastic!!! Father Mike White
