Easy No Name Banana Strawberry Surprise
Ingredients
1 Box of Jiffy yellow cake mix
1 6 oz. package of philedelphia brand cream cheese
1 jar of strawberry glaze
1 package of french vanilla &dBinstant&d@ pudding (sm.)
1 medium size container of cool whip
6 bananas
1 large container of strawberries or 2 packages of frozen strawberries.
(drain off excess juice from frozen)
1 package of chopped black walnuts
Directions
Put cream cheese out to soften. In 13x9 baking pan bake the jiffy cake,
according to package instructions, allow the cake to cool thoroughly.
Make the pudding following directions on the package, with the exception
of not beating as long for a thinner consistency. Blend the softened
cream cheese in with the pudding and spread over cooled cake.
Slice the bananas thinly over the top of the cake. Now, take the
strawberries (sliced) and mix in 1/2 jar of the strawberry glaze. Spread
this mixture over the top of the bananas. Now spread the cool whip over
that. Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts, and presto , delicioso!
NOTE: Use your imagination; for some variation try pineapples, peaches
etc. or banana or chocolate pudding.
