What do you do with a mango? (rhetorical question). Eat it, of course! I generally slit it in quarters, skin it with a very sharp knife and cut as much of the meat as I can away from the clingstone pit. Pretty slimy to touch, but don't let it faze you. Serve chipped up in an iced compote for fancy. You can also sprinkle on some fresh lime juice for a change and/or some grated fresh coconut. Enjoy! What do mangoes taste like? Mangoes!
