[comp.sources.wanted] UNIX xmodem dial-out terminal program

Does anyone happen to have a unix terminal program that does Xmodem?
I need something that will let my Unix box dial another computer CU or
TIP style and then do transfers with the XMODEM protocol.

I already have Umodem and Zmodem...but they don't let you dial out.
