[net.cooks] eggrolls?

Does anyone know how to cook egg rolls so that they do not come out very 
greasy?  I have been using prepared egg roll skins and cooking the egg 
rolls in peanut oil at 450 deg.  They always seem to come out dripping 
oil no matter how long I let them drain.  Also any good filling recipes
would be appreciated. Thanks.
