Hi,
I'm looking for a copy of both the Micro GNU Emacs for the PC and
the PC Curses code (not the man pages, I have those) that were posted
to comp.sources.misc not too long ago.
I'd greatly appreciate it if anybody who has it could let me know
that they do, rather than sending me 1.0e08 copies of the stuff.

Don't they keep the latest sources for MicroGnuEmacs on ucbjade? Try anonymous ftp. bob desinger (who got them from ucbjade, I think)
