			Mom's Boursin Cheese

		 1   large pkg. cream cheese
		 1   stick (4 tbsp.) butter
		1/4  tsp. salt
		 2   small cloves garlic (pressed)
		1/2  cup fresh parsley chopped fine


	Mix by hand. Serve with crackers. This cheese is best when served a
	day later, and keeps well in the refrigerator. Can be made into a
	ball and rolled in cracked black pepper for a professional touch.
