I'm a little red faced in that I know this has been discussed
here before. 

Can anyone lead me in the direction of (possibly) public domain
Lex and Yacc for Ms-Dos?  Commercial Sources also encouraged 
to respond.

They have public domain source code for almost every public domain C
program ever written, include Yacc and Lex for MS-DOS. Cost is $15
yearly subscription fee and $8 per disk volume.
