The title: The New York Times Natural Foods Cookbook by Jean Hewitt HOMEMADE TAHINI 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice 1 teaspoon oil 1 teaspoon kelp 6 tablespoons water 1 1/2 cup sesame seeds, finely ground in a Moulinex grinder Put the lime juice, oil, kelp and water in an electric blender and blend at medium speed while adding the ground sesame seeds. Continue blending until mixture is like thick heavy cream. Yield: About three-quarters cup. Note : Use on sprout salad or any other salad
