One more Weight Watcher recipe- This one's for a terrific veggie soup. 1 can (large) V8 juice 3 beef bouillion cubes 2 cups water 1 or 2 medium onions 1 or 2 medium stalks celery 3 or 4 shredded carrots green beans - as much as desired cabbage - " " peas - amount alloted (I use 1/2 cup) Cook slowly (crock pots are good) as long as you wish. May be used as a bonus for midday or evening meal. One serving equals 1 cup. ENJOY!!!! Debbie Zamrazil BTL - Columbus
