1 lb. minced pork 3 dried mushrooms 2 spring onions 1 egg 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons oil Dipping Sauce 1/2 cup sake 1/3 cup light soy sauce 3 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar 2 red peppers 1/4 cup dashi broth Soak the mushrooms in cold water until they soften; drain and chop finely. Mince the spring onions. Combine the minced vegetables with the pork, egg, bread crumbs, soy sauce, salt and sugar and mix thoroughly.
