I recall seeing *somewhere* mention of a Public Domain init replacement
for System V that provided better process state control. Specifically,
I remember that it added a :onceonly: state token for those processes
that should be exec'd one time, e.g. /etc/cron.
If you have a copy or know where I can get it E-mail the info.
