Is there such an animal as a portable public domain arbitraty precision integer arithmetic library, something like libmp.a? If so, is there somewhere (preferably in the Toronto area) where I can get a hold of a copy? Generally, it would make me really happy if I had a list of sites local (or almost) to Toronto that archive sources. Please mail me.
