I am looking for C source for a graphics package which can be tailored
to an oddball display. It needs to handle the following as a minimum:
ellipses (filled & unfilled)
rectangles (filled & unfilled)
lines
single pixels
text (bit mapped with programmer control over bit map)
It should have at least 2 viewports and be able to define higher level
constructs out of the above primitives. Text should be able to be
justified both horizontally and vertically. Speed is also of critical
importance.
The company is willing to spend up to the $2000 range for the code but
does not want a recurring licensing fee and of course public domain
would be even better.
