Ingredients: Spaghetti Green pepper Grated Romano cheese More garlic than you would have believed possible Butter Specifically, for three people last night I used one small green pepper, about half a bar of butter, and half a head of garlic -- about eight cloves. Clean the pepper and cut into thin strips. Either mince the garlic or run it through a garlic press. If you're not sure you have enough garlic, add more. Even if you are sure you have enough garlic, you should probably add more. Trust me. Melt some butter in a skillet, and saute the pepper and garlic over low heat until the pepper begins to become less crisp. While this is going on, cook the spaghetti (it will help to have boiled the water in advance). Don't overcook it. Drain the spaghetti thoroughly and add it to the butter, pepper, and garlic. Now add a whole bunch more butter and mix it around well. When the butter has melted, sprinkle a lot of grated cheese over the whole thing and keep stirring. If it gets too dry, add more butter. If you do this one right, the whole house will reek of garlic for hours (days? weeks?).

I tried it. It was delicious, except that you have to use more garlic than the recipe said.
