Use an 8x4x2 inch loaf pan Baking time: 45mins at 350F. One and a half cups of whole wheat flour quarter teasp. salt 2 teasps. baking powder half cup of honey quarter cup of oil two eggs half cup of apple juice half cup of coarsely chopped walnuts Method: Mix together dry ingredients. Make a well in center and add honey, oil, eggs, and juice. Stir until all ingredients are moistened and evenly blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into well greased loaf pan and let stand 20minutes. Bake until lightly browned. Cool in pan 10 mins then turn onto a wire rack and cool before slicing. From: Nikki Goldbeck "Cooking what comes Naturally"
